My name’s Vincent van Gorkom (1996) and I’m based in Rotterdam (NL). Sitting still isn’t really my thing, so I do stuff. Preferably stuff I don’t know how to do yet — and usually something different every time. So yeah, I don’t really know what my job is. We curated an exciting selection of emerging designers who showcased their approach to sustainable design. In addition, two panels brought together experts, entrepreneurs, and designers to discuss the state of sustainable fashion and the Rotterdam fashion landscape. And, of course — in true La Cassette fashion — we turned the Koopgoot into a smashing block party with exclusive performances from some true Rotterdam legends.
